“Interoception has been defined as the sensing of the physiological condition of the body, with interoceptive sensibility (IS) characterizing an individual's self-reported awareness of internal sensation. IS is a multidimensional construct including not only the tendency to be aware of sensation but also how sensations are interpreted, regulated, and used to inform behavior, with different dimensions relating to different aspects of health and disease.” (Stern et.al, 2017)

Get to know me
Hey there, I'm Pamela Crane and I can't wait to get to know you! I have over 35 years of experience in yoga, dance, group fitness, and public school teaching....many of them simultaneously! I have also enjoyed careers in broadcast journalism and acting for the stage and screen. Put that all together with my MS in Yoga Therapy, C-IAYT, RYT 500, E-RYT, and YACEP, and you get a well rounded educator who loves to train individuals and groups. I enjoy golf that I am terrible at, karaoke that I'm pretty good at, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hanging at the beach. My family consists of my amazing husband, a phenomenal
daughter, and three rescue pups who love me dearly.
Pamela works hard to create a relaxing and comfortable environment, while maintaining confidence in her professional qualities and knowledge. She continues her own education in the physical, mental and emotional elements of yoga. This makes her a wonderful guide as we experience own own journey. I would highly recommend this experience.
Pamela is amazing. I learned so much from her and even though she no longer lives in my area I still use what she has taught me daily.
At the end of last year, I received an email invite to join a Four-week online therapeutic yoga series with Pamela.
So I did....Today was my first day! Wow, self I said. I fell so sorry for you, neglecting my needs and health for so long. Today was amazing. When I say I had the most refreshing experience! I broke down and cried!
Pamela lives what it means to be a yogini. She shares her knowledge with a generosity, kindness and clarity that inspires confidence. It can be overwhelming to navigate the number of online platforms and ways in which we as yoga therapists can now present our courses and classes. It is reassuring to know there are people like Pamela who have a sincere commitment to share what they have learned in order to uplift our profession, all while building her own online business. She is a true collaborator. Very grateful!
